We had an amazing city break! The hotel is located very close to the ski resort, which was perfect for us. The food was delicious and we enjoyed trying different dishes from the buffet. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.
The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noises from other guests. , the spa treatments were a bit expensive.

We loved the convenient shuttle service, free and every 15 minutes. The location on the mountain provided unbeatable views. The hotel was directly on the slopes, which made skiing super easy. We found the staff to be very welcoming and pleasant.
Nothing to complain, it was perfect.

The hotel location was amazing, surrounded by scenic hills. Luxurious amenities like the spa, indoor swimming pool and Turkish bath were the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring. the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and private facilities. the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with an extensive buffet.
The bar/lounge area was a bit small, making it hard to find a seat during peak hours. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and comfort.

Perched on the scenic slopes of a majestic mountain, I enjoyed breathtaking views towards Kayseri from my room. the spacious, clean room came equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to go the extra mile. the delicious breakfast buffet had a variety of options that catered to different palates and preferences. I would definitely recommend trying out the on-site restaurant and other amenities, such as the spa and pool.
The live music at night in the lobby bar was quite loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation.

Located on a hill, with stunning views, this hotel is perfect for ski and mountain lovers. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay. the indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath were a real treat after a day of exploring the surrounding slopes.
The hotel's surroundings left something to be desired. the area seemed neglected, with rubbish and debris scattered everywhere.
